These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Castle Stand Games ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the Castle Stand mobile game ("the Game").

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Game.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Castle Stand for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use the Game for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on the Game

3. User Conduct

When using the Game, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or hacks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. In-App Purchases

Castle Stand may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are:

• Final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• Processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subject to the respective store's terms and conditions

Virtual currency and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Castle Stand, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, and gameplay mechanics, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. The Castle Stand name, logo, and all related names, logos, and designs are our trademarks.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Game or our website. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
