Castle Stand features 10 unique heroes, each with their own playstyle, weapon, and active ability. Here's everything you need to know about each one.
Melee Heroes
The Knight — Your classic tank. High HP, strong melee attacks, and a shield bash active ability that stuns nearby enemies. Perfect for beginners who want to survive longer.
Gorath — Wields a massive warhammer with the highest base damage in the game. Slow but devastating — one hit from Gorath can clear a path through any horde. His Earthquake ability damages all nearby enemies.
Raizan — Lightning-fast katana strikes with built-in critical hit bonuses. His speed makes him ideal for players who prefer dodging over tanking. Active: Blade Storm, a spinning attack hitting all nearby enemies.
Rogue — Fast, deadly, and fragile. The Rogue excels at hit-and-run tactics with high evasion and critical damage. Active: Shadow Strike, a teleporting backstab.
Ranged Heroes
Ashara — A fire-wielding warrior with devastating area attacks. Her active ability summons a rain of fire arrows over a large area. Great for crowd control.
Thyra (Sentinel) — Fires precise arrows from afar. Her Eagle Eye passive triggers a second arrow on critical hits, making her a DPS machine. Active: Royal Guard, summons soldiers to protect her.
The Mage — Deals massive AoE damage from range but has lower HP. Master positioning to unleash devastating spell combos. Active: Meteor Strike.
Sylvara — Nature-themed archer with poison abilities. Her arrows leave a damage-over-time effect on enemies. Active: Vine Snare, roots enemies in place.
Special Heroes
Shade — A shadow assassin with the highest evasion in the game. Shade can dodge most attacks and deals massive critical damage. Active: Shadow Clone.
Lancer — Fast melee hero with a lance. Charges through enemies dealing damage in a line. Active: Piercing Charge, dashes forward impaling all enemies in path.
How to Unlock Heroes
You start with the Knight and Ashara. New heroes are unlocked by reaching milestones: earning coins, defeating bosses, reaching wave thresholds, and completing achievements. Each hero can be leveled up to permanently increase their base stats.
