Each of Castle Stand's 4 kingdoms features a unique boss with special abilities. Bosses appear every 10 waves and get stronger each time. Here's how to beat them all.
The Dark Forest — Evil Mage
The Evil Mage teleports around the map and summons dark minions. Strategy: Place towers in the center of the map so they have range to all positions. Save Cannon Tower shots for when he stops to cast. Ice Towers slow his minions effectively.
The Hellfire Wastes — Demon Lord
The Demon Lord charges through your defenses and deals fire AoE damage. He's the most aggressive boss. Strategy: Build multiple layers of barracks to slow his charge. Cannon Towers deal the most damage to him. Keep your castle HP high because his fire AoE can chip it down fast.
The Frozen Peaks — Frost Lord
The Frost Lord freezes your towers temporarily and has a massive ice shield. Strategy: Spread your towers out so he can't freeze them all at once. Focus fire to break his ice shield, then burst him down during the vulnerability window. Archers are more effective than towers here because units can't be frozen.
The Shadow Realm — Undead King
The Undead King raises fallen enemies as undead warriors and drains HP from your castle. Strategy: Kill normal enemies quickly so there are fewer corpses to raise. Place towers near your castle to defend against the HP drain. Gold Mine investment is critical here because you'll need constant tower upgrades to keep pace.
Universal Boss Tips
1. Save 200+ gold before boss waves
2. Use the Boss Slayer card if you have it (+50% boss damage)
3. Upgrade existing towers rather than building new ones — higher level towers deal more DPS
4. Boss waves don't send normal enemies, so focus all firepower on the boss
5. Each boss gets 20% stronger every 10 waves — plan your economy to scale with them
